Max Guggenheim offers a diverse range of real estate experience and has gained practical exposure working alongside Super Lawyers and nationally recognized companies.
Max began his career as a Commercial Leasing Associate for Tucker Development Corporation focusing on shopping centers and retail development in the greater Chicagoland and Milwaukee markets. He briefly practiced residential real estate before beginning a three-year clerkship for Laurie & Brennan, LLP, a Tier 1 Chicago construction law firm where Max actively practiced construction law through December 2014.
Beginning in 2015 Max worked as in-house operations manager for one of the largest commercial property managers in Illinois, where he was the primary contact for over 2,500 tenants in lease renewal negotiations. He focused on facilitating cooperation between the company’s legal department and ownership, and benefitted by serving in many different roles for the company, including property manager and human resources director.
Max began as an Associate with LevickRoth in January 2017 and currently focuses on a wide variety of real estate matters.
Max graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, College of Business, earning a B.S. in business administration and marketing.
Max received his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law.
