Dakota began as a Law Clerk with LevickRoth in October 2021, and upon passing the Georgia Bar Exam in October 2022, he became an Associate Attorney.
His practice includes the representation of residential subdivision developers in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and easements. He also represents privately held and institutional owners and end-users of grocery, office and mixed-use projects as well as single tenant facilities in leasing and transactional matters including title and survey review, disposition and financing.
